• Support: Profile → "Contact support". Puffy opens an email to help@puffy.pet with the app version in the subject. If Mail isn't set up on your iPhone, tap "Copy address" and write from any email app.
• The founder: Profile → "Write to the founder".
• Ideas and requests: Profile → "Puffy Features", or feedback.puffy.pet — suggest a feature or vote for someone else's.
• What's new and what's planned: feedback.puffy.pet/changelog and feedback.puffy.pet/roadmap.

If you're reporting a problem, include your iPhone model and iOS version — it helps us sort it out faster.

1. Check the permission: Profile → "Notifications and Sounds", or iOS Settings → Notifications → Puffy. "Allow Notifications" should be on.
2. Check Focus: in Do Not Disturb, Sleep and other Focus modes, notifications may be hidden.
3. "Reminders off" banner on the Care screen — tap "Enable" or "Settings".
4. Open Care once. Care reminders are set up on your iPhone when you open the Care screen. After reinstalling Puffy or signing in again, open Care so they come back.
5. Stay signed in and online. Notifications about the portrait, documents and Asky come from our server.

Planned walks are kept on this iPhone only. After you log out, plan them again.
