Life → Health has four tiles: "Vaccines", "Last vet visit", "Medication" and "Health" (check-ups, grooming, teeth, play, training and weight).

• The number on a tile is how many items are open: your records that aren't done yet plus Asky's recommendations waiting for a decision or already accepted.
• "Last vet visit" shows when the last completed vaccine, visit, medication or check-up was. "Never" means there's none yet.

Recommendations. Under "Upcoming", Puffy shows what's worth doing, with a note from Asky. Open a card:

• "Accept" — pick a date and tap "Accept" again. The task goes into your plan. You can "Change date" later.
• "Decline" — Puffy asks you to confirm, then stops showing the card. You don't have to decline: you can just do it later.

Check tasks off on the Care screen. Completed records leave "Upcoming".

Records are added with Asky.

1. Tap ⚡ at the top right of the home screen or of Life.
2. Describe in your own words what happened or what to plan — for example, "rabies shot yesterday" — and tap "Next".
3. Asky turns it into a card. Check the type and the date, and switch between "Date of administration" and "Planned date" if needed. "Reset" starts over.
4. Tap "Add". You'll see "Record added".

A planned record appears in Life → Health under "Upcoming". If Asky didn't understand, you'll see "Couldn't recognize that. Try again." — describe it differently.

These cards have a limit, see "Asky limits". Have a document from the vet? Upload it to Documents — Asky will sort the records for you.

Upload documents from your vet — Asky reads them and sorts the records into "Vaccines", "Lab results", "Vet notes", "Prescriptions", "Microchip" and "Other".

To upload: Life → Documents → "Medical records" → "+ Add anything", then choose files.

• Formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC.
• Per upload: one PDF of up to 10 pages, or up to 10 photos. You can't mix a PDF and photos: Puffy uploads the PDF and skips the photos.

If it didn't work:

• "Couldn't read this one — try a sharper photo." — retake the photo in good light.
• "This doesn't look like a medical document." — upload a document from your vet.
• "This document is too long" — split the PDF and upload the parts separately.

Limit. Puffy Light has a limit on uploads, and Puffy Plus has a bigger one. The counter on the "Medical records" card shows how many you've used. If you choose more files than you have left, the extra ones are skipped.

Editing a record. Open a record → "Edit record" to fix its name and date. The date can't be in the future, and the category can't be changed. Records and files can't be deleted yet.
