Health: tiles and recommendations

Life → Health has four tiles: Vaccines, Last vet visit, Medication and Health (check-ups, grooming, teeth and other tasks).

• The number on a tile is how many items are open: your unfinished records plus Asky's recommendations that are waiting for a decision or already accepted.
• Last vet visit shows how many days have passed since the last completed vaccine, visit, medication or check-up.

Recommendations. Under "Upcoming", Puffy shows what's worth doing, with a note from Asky under each card. Open a card:

• "Accept" — pick a date, and the task goes into your plan;
• "Decline" — the card won't be shown again.
