Deleting your account

Profile → "Edit" → "Delete account". Puffy asks you to confirm twice: deletion is permanent.

Your account and all its data are deleted: the dog's profile, records and chats with Asky. Walks Puffy saved to Apple Health stay in Health — you can delete them in the Health app.

If you lose connection during deletion, the app still logs you out, but the account may remain. If that happens, email us at hello@puffy.pet and we'll delete it manually.
